For Indians in Malaysia

NRI services for Indians in Malaysia

Many Indian families in Malaysia have roots in Tamil Nadu. They need records from India for citizenship, education, marriage registration, inheritance and property. We4NRI works from Chennai and understands Tamil language documents and local offices. We collect, translate and attest your records and send them to Malaysia with tracking. Receiving authorities decide what they accept.

Questions from Malaysia

Yes. We arrange certified English translation from Tamil and several other Indian languages. Tell us the receiving office and the format it wants, and we match names and dates to your Malaysian records. Ask us for a sample.

Rules differ by office and by document, and they have been changing. Ask the receiving authority for its written instruction. Send it to us and we will confirm whether apostille, embassy attestation or another step applies.

In most cases, yes. With your authorisation, our team applies at the right registrar in India and follows up. If the event was never registered, we explain the options and what your receiving office may accept.

Yes, though each person needs their own identity documents and signed authorisation. We keep each person file separate so the records stay clear. We also share one tracking number if the documents ship together, and separate numbers if they go to different addresses or countries.

We help gather and organise records and coordinate with advocates and surveyors. We do not give legal advice ourselves. An advocate advises you on title, inheritance and disputes. We can also arrange copies of old records from the sub registrar office where the family has them.

We work Monday to Saturday, 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM India time, which is 12:30 PM to 8:30 PM in Malaysia. Use Book a Call to pick a slot, or message us on WhatsApp. Evening slots are limited.
